| BUILDING DEDICATION First Baptist Church in Oviedo dedicated its 2,900- seat worship center June 7. Pastor Dwayne Mercer led the service that included local elected officials and the construction team. The new facility incorporates a state of the art sound system for use in blended and contemporary services. Almost 30,000 square feet of the building are for use by preschool and adult small groups. | GIRLS IN ACTION Lake Mystic Baptist Church, Bristol (Apalachee Association) had a recognition service for their Girls in Action on May 31. The girls shared about the mission projects in which they have participated this year. Each girl received a GA charm bracelet and charm for completing a WorldVenture workbook. Badges were also earned for participating in mission projects and studies.
