Community Baptist Church in Bunnell has called Mark S. Somers as pastor. He and his family—wife, Leah and six children—moved from Cartersville, Ga., where he served as pastor of Cassville Baptist Church seven years. Somers is a graduate of Stetson University in DeLand and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, N.C., where he is a doctoral student.
