JACKSONVILLE (FLBaptist)—Experienced church leaders and top-of-the-line trainers from LifeWay Christian Resources will provide renewed vision and clear direction for churches in leadership, discipleship and Bible teaching during the North Florida Training event April 26 at Fort Caroline Baptist Church in Jacksonville.

The one-day meeting will focus on engagement, equipping and evangelism, according to John Boone, lead strategist for the Sunday School, Groups and Discipling Ministries Team.

One focus will be providing guests and members with a “lasting experience of feeling valued and welcomed.” Boone said.

A second focus on equipping will help churches provide “meaningful ministry” opportunities for Sunday school, group leaders and volunteers; and third, a focus on creating a bridge to reach families and individuals, he explained.

Registration for this Cooperative Program-supported meeting is $15 per person. Online registration is at www.flbaptist.org/go?2014-540-3-2-1-2-1.  For more information call 904-596-3078 or email llong@flbaptist.org.

Fort Caroline Church is located at 11428 McCormick Rd., Jacksonville.
