Senior adult celebration slated Oct. 8-19 in Apopka

APOPKA (FBC)—Bible study, worship and comedic entertainment will highlight the Second Annual Sensational Central Florida Senior Adult Celebration Oct. 8-19 at Trinity Baptist Church in Apopka.

The two day event will feature teachings from John Sullivan, executive director-treasurer of the Florida Baptist Convention; David Uth, senior pastor at the First Baptist Church of Orlando; Terry Williams, director of Church Music at the Florida Baptist Convention; and Gaye Martin, a motivational speaker and humorist.

Worship will be led by David Crain from Grand Saline, Texas. Joining Crain will be Charles Hugabrooks, a soloist; Blue Ridge, a Southern Gospel quartet from Franklin, S.C.; and Dave Boyer and the Live Big Band Trinity Orchestra from Apopka.

As a bonus to the Bible teachings and worship, comedians Charles Hurley and Taylor Mason will provide entertainment.
