LEESBURG (FBC)—Two special skill shops, in addition to conference sessions will be offered at the 2008 meeting of the Southern Baptist Secretaries Association of Florida at Lake Yale Baptist Conference Center in Leesburg Aug. 11-13.
The “Understanding Myself and Others” skill shop will teach how to develop skills to cultivate potential through acceptance and emotional maturity. Learning to build healthy working relationships will be taught during the “Office Teamwork” skill shop.
In addition to the skill shops, the Hawaiian-themed meeting, hosted by the Florida Baptist Convention Discipleship and Family Department, will feature nine conference sessions.
Cost for the event is $155 per person double occupancy, $195 per person single occupancy and $98 per person commuters. Each skill shop is an additional $60.
