| Fort Caroline Baptist Church in Jacksonville recently broke ground for a $3 million preschool and children’s building. The 27-year-old church also burned the note for its debt on another building. First Baptist Church in Valparaiso has called Theodore J. (T.J.) Kollar as pastor. He most recently served as pastor of Union View Baptist Church in Franklinton, N.C. Kollar served in the U.S. Air Force 1984-2002, and worked with the youth of First Baptist Church in Niceville 1997-1999. He and his wife, Laurie Grace, have four daughters.
