North River Church, a mission of West Bradenton Baptist Church that meets at Williams Elementary School in Parrish, has called Justin Arbuckle as pastor. He, his wife Nicole and two children moved to Parrish from Jonesboro, Ark., where he served as student pastor of Central Baptist Church. He also served as student pastor of Hocutt Baptist Church in Clayton, N.C., while he was a student at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest. He also is a graduate of Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, Mo., his home state.

First Baptist Church in Lake Worth has called Rachael Wilson as minister to students. A native of Palm Beach County, she was baptized at First Baptist. She is a graduate of University of Florida in Gainesville, and is currently pursuing an MDiv. at Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach. She previously served with Great Commission Ministries to start student churches on college campuses in Florida and South Carolina.

East Baptist Church in DeFuniak Springs has called George Chestnut as pastor after he had served 11 months as interim pastor. Chestnut also works with the Northwest Florida Regional Housing Authority. A 1999 graduate of Baptist College of Florida in Graceville, Chestnut previously served as pastor of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church in Slocomb, Ala. He and his wife, Linda, have two adult children.
